  • Check in time is 4pm, if we arrive early, can we check in early?
    Upon your arrival to Beaver Creek Resort, you are welcome to approach the front desk regarding your check-in. If your unit is ready upon your arrival we will be happy to check you in early. Early check-ins are not guaranteed.
  • Check-out time is 10am, however, our flight does not leave until later in the afternoon, can we have a late check-out?
    You may call the Front Desk the morning of your departure to request a late check-out. The Housekeeping Department must have adequate time to thoroughly clean all unit to prepare them for the next arrival. Upon check-out, guests can check in luggage with the bell staff and use the health club and showers. Late check-outs are not guaranteed.
  • Are pets allowed?
    No. It is a policy established by the Beaver Creek Resort Association that dogs are not allowed into the resort area of Beaver Creek. In respect to our individuals owners and guests with allergies we do not allow pets of any kind in any of our units at The Charter at Beaver Creek.
  • What is the Parking situation at The Charter?
    Please feel free to use our complimentary valet parking service available at our front entrance. We ask that guests wishing to park their own vehicles take advantage of our underground garage, which is accessible by using your valid room key. Charter parking passes are issued at the front desk. Please display the parking pass on your dashboard at all times. To retrieve your vehicle please call Extension 4540.
  • Does The Charter offer high-speed internet access?
    All rooms at The Charter have a high speed internet connection using your own laptop computer. There are a total of three computer terminals located on the lower level lobby outside of Elevator 3. The center is complimentary, with internet access and a printer available. Hours are from 8:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. daily. Wireless internet service is available in the lobby areas.
  • Is there a Concierge desk at The Charter?
    Yes! We recommend a visit to the Concierge desk, where our friendly staff can handle airport transportation, restaurant reservations, horseback riding, fly-fishing, river rafting, and much more!. Please call the desk at Ext. #5570 for more information.
  • What are the hours for The Charter Health Club?
    The Health Club is open from 6:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. and is accessible via Elevators 3 or 4 to the Club Level. There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot-tubs, locker rooms, and a fitness area. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The indoor pool area is equipped to handle our physically challenged guests. Towels are available at the pool area.
